Complete Foot Exam

Once a year full foot and gait assessment is recommended to establish nerve pathways, blood flow to extremities, signs of damage and/or injury, and changes to the shape of feet. Analysis of gait pattern, footwear, loss of protective sensation and peripheral blood blow tests are used to give you a comprehensive analysis of the health of your feet. Every foot exam includes Basic Foot Care.

Basic Foot Care

This is a 30-minute appointment where we trim and file toenails, remove hard skin buildup, and apply lotion to feet. If there is additional work that needs to be done, another appointment is required.

Advanced Foot Care

Toenail trim and file, cuticle care (if not contraindicated), removal of hard skin buildup, corns/callus removal (2 corn max. per appointment), ingrown toenail care if needed, foot soak (if not contraindicated), and lotion application.

Ingrown Toenail Brace

Synthetic brace specially designed to lift lateral nail edges away from skin folds and allow the nail to grow past the sulcus (meaty part of toe). It is an effective and non-invasive solution to treat ingrown toenails. This brace is sealed and waterproof, offering immediate and long-lasting relief from pain while the toenail corrects itself. This can be added to any of the Foot Care Appointments for only $45.00, additional time will be required, please notify us prior to booking your appointment.

Chemical Peel for Glowing Skin

A chemical peel uses a chemical (low pH) solution to remove layers of old skin, revealing more youthful skin underneath. Chemical peels can reduce or improves fine lines and wrinkles, acne, scars, uneven skin coloring and other skin imperfections. Different chemicals determine the depth of your peel and the type of skin condition being treated. Multiple sessions yields the most dramatic results.

Customized Medical Facial

Your skincare nurse will cleanse, steam, exfoliate, and replenish your skin using a combination of modalities such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. Additional treatments including microcurrent, LED light therapy, or microneedling may also be incorporated.

Depending on the treatments performed, the facial may last 30 minutes to 1 hour. You may also experience some mild discomfort and downtime. This is contingent upon the concentration of ingredients used and what procedures were performed. Wearing SPF regularly post procedure is non-negotiable. This is especially important if your medical facial incorporates treatments that increase your skin’s sensitivity to UV light.

Dermaplaning aka Epidermal Leveling

Dermaplaning is a non-invasive procedure that shaves or scrapes away the top layers of your skin, using a sterile surgical scalpel. It can help reduce the appearance of acne scars or pitted skin. It improves pigmentation disorders and allows for better absorption of your topical skincare products. Some individuals enjoy having their peach fuzz removed, as make up application is improved. Procedure removes approximately 30 days worth of build up. This is safe for pregnant women.

Microneedling aka Dermal Needling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure for your skin. Your healthcare provider uses thin needles to make tiny holes in the top layers of the skin. The controlled damage helps to stimulate skin’s own healing process that in return produces more collagen and elastin. These proteins keep your skin firm and smooth. Most individuals get microneedling on their face, but you can also get it on your legs, back, neck or other areas where you notice damaged or aging skin. You’ll most likely require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results.
